Gather @ice cube{8}.

Fill two large wine glasses generously with ice and swirl to chill the glass.

Pour the @prosecco{180%ml} over the ice first, dividing it between the glasses.

Add the @aperol{120%ml}, letting it drift down through the bubbles.

Top each glass with a splash of @soda water{60%ml} and give one gentle stir.

Garnish with an @orange{2%slice} slice and serve immediately, ideally outdoors at golden hour.
