Halo-Halo

Method

1. 1

   Layer beans, banana, coconut and tapioca in tall glasses.

   Pack in shaved ice to the brim.

3. 3

   Pour evaporated milk over and crown with a scoop of ice cream.

4. 4

   Hand over with a long spoon and one instruction: halo-halo — mix it all.
