Whisk the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
Add the chicken thighs and turn to coat thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

Heat the oven to 200Β°C and line a baking sheet.
Lift the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off, and arrange in a single layer on the sheet.
Roast until the coating is charred in spots and the chicken reaches 74Β°C inside, 30β35 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
