Preheat the oven to 190Β°C and lightly butter a baking dish.
Pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and arrange them in the dish.
Stir together the sour cream, garlic, the zest and juice of the lemon, and half the dill.
Spoon the sour cream mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, covering the tops completely.
